How to Apply
Your First Protocol in 3 Minutes

Choose Your Protocol
Pick the protocol that matches your goal: Focus, Recovery, Sleep, Stress, or Energy.

Locate Points
Find the 3 points on the Master Placement Map. Clean each area with the included alcohol wipe.

Place Pellets
Peel one pellet from the strip using tweezers. Position on the point and press firmly for 5 seconds. Repeat for all 3 points.

Activate & Maintain
Press each pellet for 10–15 seconds, 2–3x daily. Pellets stay on for 3–5 days. Remove and replace as needed.
Maintenance
Press pellets 2–3x daily to activate protocols
Pellets are waterproof — shower and work out normally
